Goblin Combe Lodge and camping field are available for exclusive hire all year round, for daytime bookings or overnight stays. We are now taking bookings up until December 2026; please see the calendar below for our current availability and fill in the form at the bottom of this page if you’d like to make an enquiry.

Goblin Combe is run on a not-for-profit basis, and all hire income is invested back into the running of the site. Following a review of our operating costs and our current pricing, we have had to increase our fees for 2026. Our previously advertised fees will be applicable for any existing enquiries or bookings for the remainder of 2025.

Our Hire Fees

Day hire: £120 full day (up to 8 hours) / £60 half-day (up to 4 hours)

Overnight stays in the Lodge for youth / community / school groups (up to 38 people): £22+VAT per person per night (£350+VAT per night minimum charge; £720+VAT per night maximum charge)

Overnight stays in the Lodge for private groups (up to 38 people): £24+VAT per person per night (£400+VAT per night minimum charge; £750+VAT per night maximum charge)

Overnight camping in the field only: £5.00+VAT per person per night (up to 60 people), in addition to our minimum lodge hire fee

For overnight stays, our usual check-in time is from 4pm, with check-out by 11am. If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, please note this on your booking form (chargeable at £25+VAT per hour / £120+VAT for a full day).

Current Availability

These rates include exclusive use of the whole site, including the eco lodge, cottage with kitchen and communal living/dining room, additional shower and toilet block, yurt, pavilion/outdoor classroom, camping field, two firepits and perimeter woodland – there will be no other groups staying during your visit. Our site also has direct access to the main Goblin Combe woodland, which is open to the public. Please note that day hire and camping only bookings don’t include the Eco-Lodge unless agreed in advance with our team (additional charges may apply).
